*Instructions:
1. Download and extract the zip file on a PC, copy the "firmware.bin" and "settings.txt" file into the root directory of your microSD card.
2. Insert the microSD card into sky3DS+, connect your PC and sky3DS+ with a USB cable(come with).
3.The LED red light will turn on about 5 seconds, then turn to the green light and keep flashing around 5 seconds, once the light turn off it means the sky3DS+ has been updated successfully. 
Alert: Never unplug the USB cable while the green light keep flashing, it might damage your sky3DS+ card!4. Delete the "firmware.bin" file in your microSD card.

Tutorial : How to use sky3ds+ to play online games ?

Many customers asking how to use sky3ds+ to play online games , you had to have the private header from the genuine game card , then makes it succeful . So let's what is happen ?


Preparation
1× 3DS console below V9.2
1× Gateway3ds
1× Gateway3DSHelper.zip
1× Genuine 3DS gamecard(Monster Hunter X) or other 3ds gamecard .

1. Bootup your 3DS console with gateway3ds, go to the gateway 3ds menu. Remove gateway 3ds red card and insert your genuine 3DS gamecard. Select “BACKUP 3DS GAME CARITRIDEGE” and click”STRAT“ after it complete, there will be 3ds game files created in your  SD card.

2. Put the sd card to card reader and connect with your computer.
Download Gateway3DSHelper.zip and running it .

②If the game rom can not be recognized automatically ，please click ② to read the Rom.
③ You can click here to change the Rom’s name.
3. Click ① and you can see the private header information of this rom.
If you need the public header , please click ⑤ and then select 6 to get it.
Tips: There will be ban if use the public header ,not suggest this !!

 

4. ①Start the MHX, and then open the settings.txt in your sky3ds+ MicroSD card. set the CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS = 1(default 0, can change it anytime later) and save it
If it do not have (CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS), you need to add CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS = 1 to the settings.txt by yourself.
② Start MHX again and then change the CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS =o back. Click the .cfg file for this rom.

③ Add the private header to “GAMESAVE_KEY=” and save it. Then you can turn on your wifi and play 3ds games online.

Today ,sky3ds official has been released the latest firmware  V110 ,and it now not need gamelist.bin files any more , but make sure that CFG are built properly before the new firmware upgrade .or it will won't read the saved files when you the firmware updated .here is the News from officail below :

•   We will release the new firmware V110 for sky3DS+ later this week, which enable you to play any new coming game directly, no need the gamelist.bin file any more now! please add the line "CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS=1" into your settings.txt file as soon as possible now, make sure all your games .CFG are built properly before this new firmware udpate.
•     Note: it won't be able to read a game's saved file if its .CFG file is not exist after this new firmware update applied.

Q:How can i install a game like Monster Hunter 4 or Xenoblades to my MicroSD card? Since the file format
of the MicroSD should be in FAT32 it won't allow these big files to be transfered to it.
A:For those large size roms (4GB), you can use the 3rd party rool(like: 3dsexplorer see video here ) to trim
it to the small size, sky3DS+ works fine with the trimmed rom!


Q:Just want to know if there will still be updates for the old blue button sky3DS template file.
A:We are still working on a AP checks solution for the old cards, and will keep the template updated as well.


Q:Where is the file firmware.bin? I can't find in the download page.
A:The newest firmware V100 comes with your sky3DS+ card, no update needed at the moment.


Q:I have been trying all day to get 64Gb micorSD cards to work, had issues formatting 64GB micorSD card
to FAT32, please help!

Tutorial: How to make sky3ds blue button save file used on sky3ds+ ?

Merry Christmas Day to all the friends , and today we will bring you a guide for how to make sky3ds blue button save file used on sky3ds+?

Question:

Since the sky3ds+ is come out , the main question is the old blue sky3ds save file can be transferred to the sky3ds+ then ?  so can use diskwriter to backup the sav file, then use on sky3ds+as .sav format ?

Answer : 
Yes ,you can use the Latest Diskwriter DiskWriterV203b4 ( Click it to download ) ) to back up the sav files ,then copy it into the micro sd card of the Sky3ds+ ( assure the name of sav. files is the same as the game rom name)

Tutorial :

Before this ,you need have the sky3ds (blue) and the sky3ds+ ( orange button )

 1. First let is look at the sky3ds ( bule ) insert to 3ds Console and the game interface.

How to use sky3ds+ to play 4gb rom issue ?

Sky3ds+ has been released for about a week , but  I read the details. fast32 support max 4gb file. Is that 4gb rom file is like 4gb++. so no way to transfer to the fat32 micro sd currently ??

The answer is :  You need a 3rd party tools to trim the rom(larger than 4GB) at the moment !

So how to make is happen ?  See below the guide .

1.  Download a 3rd party tools from here

2. open the 3DSExplorer.exe files and insert the 3ds game rom to unzip .
3.Then click : CCI , you will see the 3ds game rom has become less than 4gb .

Notice : as sky3ds+ micro tf card formated 32 FAT ,So the almost volume is 4 gb ,so this is why we need to transffer the games rom to a smaller .
