Now only V10.0 above firmware can be access to eshop ? is that ture ??

Today We got news Nintendo has been fixes some haxes , for only letting V10.0 (included )above version access to Eshop ,and V9.2 to V10.1 can not access eshop .so is that ture ?

The answer is definitely : not ture 

Eshop works again on firmware versions 9.0 to 10.1 with latest HANS !
