Step 1: Use Sky3ds to instal the PASTA CFW V1.3, and also instal the Devmenu.cia or bigbluemenu.cia. (  see the link i provide for you )

Step 2: Instal FreeMultiPatcher(beta 0.4) by using the Devmenu.cia, when it  completed ,it will exisit  find a new gift box in home interface.

Open the gift box software, you will see the first option is for eshop and the second option is for regionfree, the default is ON.  Go to option "save" and press button Start in order to apply patches and exit:
